Juan Cruzado, owner of PVMHS, has over six years of experience in real estate and mobile home sales. He is dedicated to guiding families on the path to affordable homeownership, providing personalized solutions and expert advice to make owning a home achievable.

Jan brings a wealth of experience and heart to our crew, having worked for 35 years at Baystate Wing Hospital as a Registration Manager. Jan knows the importance of care, attention to detail, and helping people, values that align perfectly with our mission here at PVMHS.

With over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience, Elle bring exceptional skills and a passion for client service.  She spent years managing and opening million-dollar salons for JCPenny and is the former owner of Elle & Company Salon.  Her energy and expertise are a fantastic addition to our team.

Maylene brings a strong background in service and dedication, having spent the last 9 years working in financial aid services. Great addition to the PVMHS team.  We're thrilled to welcome her to our team!

Yaima brings a dynamic and diverse background to PVMHS. She has 5 years of experience in car sales with top brands like Mercedes, Toyota, Chrysler, and Mercedes Benz, as well as professional experience as a Bank Teller at Westfield Bank, Tax Preparer, and Accountant since 2007.

She's trilingual, speaking English, Spanish, and Italian!

Nancy is no stranger to PVMHS—having worked with us for the past 20 years, she decided to return with our recent ownership change. She brings a wealth of experience with 30 years in mobile home park management.
